As we face the damaging effects of climate change, species extinction and the harsh implications to our health from global activities and consumerism, Teresa wanted to align her personal ethics with helping companies and individuals who are on a mission to make the world a better, healthier and more ethical place to survive, and importantly to thrive. Teresa created Careers For Purpose in 2021 as Australia's first purpose driven recruitment consultancy.
As expert recruiters we want to be the conduit between helping companies source employees who align with their mission whilst at the same time helping individuals transition their career to a company that supports their own ethics.
