The opportunity Your focus will be to service all inbound support and new account enquiries from Solar Installation professionals navigating the platform and organise demonstrations for new account activations which supports the overall sales and account management division. You role will include: Assist users with platform support, providing training on the software and resolving customer problems professionally and swiftly Follow up new account activations by phone and email to invite them onto a demo webinar with an experienced member of the team Liaise with the product and technical teams on complex queries to ensure a quick resolution Document user feedback for the software development team and update the library of help centre resources Collaborate with the global support and training team to improve delivery of service and share best practice methodologies Report on various key metrics to measure and identify success factors About you You are passionate about renewable energy and making an impact to accelerate climate change. Your natural ability to build rapport, connect with people and find solutions to problems drives you every day, and you thrive on working with others who want to be part of the renewable energy revolution. In addition you will have: A genuine passion for building rapport, helping users and resolving problems in a variety of communication styles including email, phone and online Analytical skills to extract meaningful information from large data sets Introductory software skills (experience with HubSpot, and Zendesk preferred).
