I’ve spent my entire career paying attention.
I’ve led large, high-pressure teams and run boutique agencies. I’ve scaled white-collar temp workforces into the hundreds, designed TA functions from the ground up, and advised executives through transformation and downturn. I’ve helped fast-moving start-ups get their hiring house in order, and sat alongside seasoned leaders as they’ve wrestled with growth, culture, equity and team burnout. I've built a business - two, in fact - so I understand first-hand the pressures of getting it right, the first time.
At the core of all this is a belief: that recruitment done well isn’t just about filling jobs. It’s about building capability, embedding values, and giving organisations the tools to make strong decisions. Not just once, but every time.

I work with impact-driven organisations - climate tech start-ups, renewable energy disruptors, sustainability consultancies, social enterprises and purpose-led brands who are ready to grow, but not yet ready to build an internal talent team. Or perhaps they’ve tried… and the wheels have started to wobble.
Often, by the time they find me, things are messy. CVs flying around inboxes. Job ads rushed. A good candidate was lost because no one followed up. The team is burnt out, the systems aren’t working, and everyone is wondering why hiring feels so hard.

We begin with a full discovery process. I speak with founders, hiring managers, stakeholders. I learn the business, not just the product, but the positioning, the vision, the internal dynamics. I ask questions others don’t. What makes your brand compelling to a candidate? How are you standing out from the competition? Where is bias creeping in? What’s really holding up the process?
From there, I build the hiring engine. That might mean setting up templates and workflows, designing screening and interview processes, refining your employer brand narrative, or training internal staff in how to spot and secure talent in a competitive market. If there are roles to fill, I fill them without missing a beat.
But more than that, I become your internal recruitment function. I don’t just consult from the side-lines, I embed, I execute. I represent your brand to market with the same care I would my own. I’m transparent about where things can improve and proactive in creating tools and systems to support long-term success. I help you move fast but smart.
