The role You’ll be working as part of the Marketing team, however the E-Commerce Associate role is stand alone and therefore comes with the benefit of working autonomously, allowing you to take full ownership of the E-Commerce piece. Of course, you will not actually be alone, you will be supported by a fun, friendly and knowledgeable team, to bounce ideas off, learn from and collaborate with. Your role will encompass: • Growing the E-Commerce sales and awareness in Australia using digital marketing strategies and resellers • Creating an E-Commerce market in New Zealand, including finding resellers, engaging with businesses and developing processes for logistics • Creating engaging content for the website to encourage participation and product sales • Leveraging consumer insights to develop marketing strategy • Generating marketing reports and quarterly presentations for the global team • Working with the PR & Comms teams to plan communication through all channels and collateral About you You’re passionate about the environment and saving the planet and your ideal is to turn that personal ethos into meaningful outcomes by helping consumers and businesses become more eco conscious. You are equally excited about using digital tools to achieve the best results, reach a wide-ranging audience and developing brand champions. In addition, you will: • Hold a marketing, communications, or related qualification • Have 1+ years’ experience in an E-Commerce role, highly desirable if that is with a sustainable brand or online store • Experience with E-Commerce frameworks including Shopify Plus, Wordpress or similar • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, Hubspot and Mailjetis is preferred • Confidence to interact directly with existing and potential customers • Experience in paid social strategy and targeted email campaigns To Apply Please submit your CV or contact Teresa on 0405 417 882 for a confidential discussion.
