Salary: $165k package (base + super) + bonus OTE $180k Hours: 5 or 4 days - hybrid office and home Why join this organisation? The role The Senior Advisor, under the mentorship of the HR Principals, will deliver complex and sophisticated commercial HR advice and proactively support their clients with strategic HR planning. You will provide coaching and mentoring to the HR Advisors in the areas of technical, commercial and managerial support and be part of the leadership team shaping the direction of the business. In addition, you will: Provide sophisticated advice across a wide range of areas including legislative interpretation, organisational design, executive remuneration planning, complex performance management issues, executive coaching, and workforce and succession planning In line with the HR Principal, direct the management of workflow within the team ensuring weekly workflow meetings are productive and step in when additional support is required Participate in a range of marketing initiatives including Subject Matter Expert presentations, client-related networking and maintain an active social media presence Alongside he HR Principal, attend prospective client meetings, and assist with preparing proposal/engagement letters Identify new opportunities for additional services within the existing client base About you You are a seasoned HR generalist or have sat in an executive leadership team responsible for people and culture decision making at an operational level. You have a commercial mindset and can interpret risk and articulate that to the client. In addition, you will have: A high level of technical competence coupled with extensive HR generalist or operational experience Capability to identify new opportunities to extending their services within existing clients Ability to take full ownership of a range of clients with multiple activities and drive to successful completion Effective leadership skills that complement the existing collaborative and supportive culture The passion and ability to coach and mentor team members and help their careers flourish Effective time management and organisational skills to manage and meet deadlines of multiple clients utilising a variety of tools and technology To Apply Please submit your CV or contact Teresa on 0405 417 882 for a confidential discussion.
