The opportunity Your new client-interacting role will focus mainly on data-model building and their associated presentations and reports. Together with this, you will be managing your own processes and procedures, participating in other analysis projects to deliver high quality results to your clients. In addition, you will: Report into senior management on clean energy issues and and carbon related items. Undertake quantitative energy market analysis, and communicate with all stakeholders. Modelling and reporting on client datasets Liaise internally and deliver energy transactions Provide input and opinion on the company's ongoing path to success. About you You are passionate about renewable energy and making an impact to accelerate climate related issues. Your natural ability to build rapport, connect with people and find solutions to problems drives you every day, and you thrive on working with others who want to be part of the renewable energy transition. In addition you will have: A solid understanding of the NEM (Retail & Wholesale), carbon markets and emissions reduction schemes. Strong data modelling skills; the ability to code in Python and/or SQL is preferred. The ability to review and communicate market information to internal and external stakeholders A degree in, finance, engineering, management or energy markets related discipline.
