Our client is looking for an experienced and versatile Office Manager who can take initiative with a positive attitude to join their friendly and dynamic team in Sydney. The opportunity As the Office Manager you will be responsible for supporting all members of the team from executives and engineers, to sales and logistics. You will handle all administrative and organisational tasks acting as the first point of contact for all external guests and clients to the office. You'll be responsible for: Acting as the primary point of contact for incoming enquiries and providing general office support. General Bookkeeping including AP, AR, credit control, and reconciliation of inbound and outbound translation utilising Ostendo. Managing office supplies and other procurement tasks. Payroll administration for up to 20 staff. Updating marketing materials, assisting with social media, and supporting client entertainment and marketing events. Assisting with all other office related management tasks. About you Joining the team means you will be a part of our mission to drive a circular economy and water conservation efforts globally. As an Office Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the business, supporting your colleagues and clients, and contributing to their ongoing success. In addition, you will have: Experience as an office administrator, manager, or assistant A customer centered focus, ensuring a high level of service. Adaptability to take on new tasks and challenges as they arise. A cultural fit with a shared passion and commitment to water conservation and the circular economy. Excellent attention to detail, meticulous in handling tasks and information Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to prepare documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
