The role Join this established team as it grows to meet the demands of the aged care sector. You will work alongside a team of four Talent Acquisition BP's plus an Admin/Resourcing Support and reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition. Your role will include: Building & fostering strategic partnerships to aged care Facilities Managers, Regional Managers and Head Office leadership teams. Managing high volume casual and permanent placements across your allocated region/sector Utilising a variety of sourcing tools including the ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Premium Talent Search and job boards. Proactively building talent pools to ensure consistent flow of new candidates. Consistently deliver a first-class candidate experience. Provide feedback, data and contribute to best practice recruitment methods. About you You are an experienced recruitment professional, either coming directly from agency or another internal talent acquisition team. You have a passion to support a mission driven organisation that values people, both internal staff and their aged care clients. In addition, you will have: Proven recruitment experience with high volume, candidate tight, recruitment markets. Previous experience in aged care, allied health or healthcare in general is desirable, or other high volume recruitment sectors. Passion for creating an enviable candidate experience, driving applications and developing talent pipelines to proactively support the organisation’s talent needs Experience with and a broad understanding of the latest technology and how to maximise efficiency across a variety of tools Ability to thrive in a very fast paced environment, juggling multiple requisitions, internal stakeholders and database administration seamlessly.
