You will have full ownership of your allocated recruitment portfolio ensure a great candidate experience from application to onboarding. Your role will include: Using a variety of sourcing tools including the CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search and job boards. Conducting phone screens to create a shortlist of candidates. Interviewing candidates and submitting your recommendations to hire. Liaise with administrator to organise all probity checks Proactively building talent pools to ensure consistent flow of new candidates. Consistently delivering a first-class candidate experience. About you You have up to 1-2 years recruitment/candidate resourcing experience, either coming directly from agency or another internal talent acquisition team. You have a passion to support a mission driven organisation that values people, both internal staff and their clients. In addition, you will have: Ability to engage with candidates, understand their skills and experience and make recommendations to the business on the best talent for the roles. Passion for creating an enviable candidate experience, driving applications, and developing talent pipelines to proactively support the organisation’s talent needs Ability to use a broad range of online tools to talent search. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple requisitions, internal stakeholders and database administration seamlessly.
